If the user does not have an email associated with their user profile, a Hotel User Admin/Hotel Admin can manually reset the password to a temporary password. User Type & Roles To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Hotel User Admin User Type access. Steps Select "Manage Users" from the ALICE Admin menu.
