I dropped the pan, changed the filter and gasket and then replaced the pan. I put four qaurts~Aug 11, 2011 · The tranny is marked as: on case - GM patent # 3088336 then 7-1, then P R07. On slider/shift cover plate - 3884685, on the spline/input shaft housing - GM14 and 38
